Returns & Warranty Policy

New Heavy Duty Truck Parts

Returns are accepted by GM All Truck Gears 60 Days after purchase for new transmission and differential truck parts but must NOT be installed or damaged. Products that where purchased are to be returned at the location where it was obtained. No returns on special orders.

All new parts are warranted by the manufacturer within 90 Days of purchase when said parts are installed or used appropriately and have been found with a defect in material. Warranty will not be extended to parts where failure or damage caused by misapplications, accidents, or driver abuse. If it is necessary to return any new parts to the manufacturer under warranty, the buyer agrees to wait for settlement of his claim with the manufacturer under this warranty, the buy agrees to wait for the settlement of his/her claim with the manufacturer before any deductions are made in payments of GM All Truck Gears. In order to cover the warranty you need to bring the vehicle to GM All Truck Gears. Warranties DO NOT include tow truck bills.

Warranty Exclusions

The Limited Warranty shall not apply to any Product that has been subjected to the following:

1. accident, damaged, negligence, abuse or misuse,

2. improper installation or maintenance,

3. abnormal operating conditions,

4. alteration or modification,

5. a purpose or application in any way different from that for which it was designed,

6. damage related to casualty or shipment, or re-rating the engine to exceed torque capacity of the transmission.

General wear of a Product due to normal use is to be expected and does not give rise to any warranty claim.

Used Heavy Duty Truck Parts

GM All Truck Gears offers NO warranty for used Heavy Duty Truck Parts, Transmissions or Differentials. We revise all used worn out components with used good condition parts.

Rebuilt Transmissions & Differentials

A one year warranty is provided for all rebuilt Transmissions & Differentials constructed and installed by GM All Truck Gears.

Must not be subject to the following:

1. accident, damaged, negligence, abuse or misuse

2. improper installation or maintenance,

3. abnormal operating conditions,

4. alteration or modification by anyone not representing GM All Truck Gears,

5. a purpose or application in any way different from that for which it was designed,

6. damage related to casualty or shipment, or re-rating the engine to exceed torque capacity of the transmission.

Truck Repair (includes clutch jobs)

There is a six months warranty for trucks repaired and approved by GM All Truck Gears. Must replace all truck parts in need of repair, transmission, and/or differential oil; if recommended. Must ONLY be repaired by a mechanic presenting GM All Truck Gears and taken immediately within 30 days of your incident to one of our storefronts to cover warranty. Clutches purchased and installed by GM All Truck Gears include a one year warranty period. All truck parts and oil must be replaced; if recommended, by one of our technicians to be approved. Please refer to "New Heavy Duty Truck Parts" for reference on clutch warranties.

None of the above warranties include Tow Truck Bill
